Rex @ Garage Door Enterprises is a master of his craft. Both of our garage doors were dysfunctional as they were old and were probably the originals that came with the house. Rex asked us a few questions over the phone -- and some of them were redundant, but he explained that he was trying to figure out where the failures were happening. He came out the very next day, and despite his best efforts, decided that it was time to replace. He gave us several options and guided us to a good decision. He explained the difference between chain driven openers vs belt driven openers which I thought was very thoughtful. He recommended chain-driven openers as longer lasting, but since we were already setup with belt-driven openers, we would have to take into consideration the cost of switching systems and figure out if it was worth it or not. We stayed with belt driven openers. Rex was able to order and install within a week. He was so friendly, knowledgable and a true professional. I would hire him again in a second!!!

I needed to replace my garage door opener and Garage One was on the job. Rex, the owner, responded immediately via phone calls and text messages, and we settled on a date that was workable. He took care of ordering the new opener and quoted me a price for installation, outside keypad, WiFi app, and two remote remotes. All equipment was installed in less than two hours. He was very courteous and professional, and it’s obvious he enjoys his profession and has great knowledge of this business. Without asking, he also made sure that my Garage Door was working properly as far as lubrication and spring adjustments. Rex is easy to talk to and stayed to answer all of my questions. He hauled away all of the old parts. Everything seems to be working perfectly and the upgrade was certainly worth it. I highly recommend Garage One and Rex Bagby for your garage door service needs.

Rex was very prompt and courteous. I called in the morning about a broken garage door and he was able to make it over the same day to fix the issue. He said it was coincidence it all worked out that well, but I appreciated his timeliness and communication throughout the process regardless. The price to replace the spring ($300) was reasonable for me. I'd definitely call Garage One Enterprises again in the future!
