"My garage door spring broke and in the middle of a very busy day this past week. I immediately worried about how and who to get to repair it as soon as possible at rate charged that I felt reasonable. I asked my normal carpenter for references, researched Angi and her infamous list she can’t hardly know, and Googled for websites here locally. There were several that caught my eye and most reviews discussed their work and excellent result.
However, only one had reviews that talked about excellent work and what a nice and friendly person Garage One had as its owner and operator. So, I took a chance and called Rex who immediately had me take pictures, send them to him, and within hours called me back to say he could help me within 24 hours. He did just that and it was a great experience to watch him work and truly care about the quality and me as his customer. The price was right, the door works great and we plan to replace the door since it’s outdated and old. Garage One is a good company and Rex is a quality person. Thank you for your attention to detail and caring about me as a customer."
